What are we looking for?

- We are looking to hire a senior SaaS Sales leader for the US market. You will be required to build and manage a team of Sales Account Executives for B2B SaaS, targeting various geographies.

- To be successful as an associate director of business development, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. You should have a proven ability to build a large Sales function and manage it as per the company's growth goals. An exceptional director of business development should be apt at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The role is based out of our Corporate office in Gurgaon.

What will you do ?

- Identifies and develops new business opportunities in the Global Automotive, Retail and allied industries.

- Works closely with the CEO and other functional heads to develop market expansion strategies.

- Builds and manages a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives

- Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.

- Leads sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management teams.

- Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.

- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.

- Travels to vendor locations, distribution centers, and other locations.

- Fulfills requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.

- Create contract frameworks and Negotiate the terms with clients to close sales

- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to create Sales performance reports

- Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.

- Acts as a company representative at trade shows and other related events

What you must have ?

- MBA degree preferably from top IIMs, ISB or Tier-1 global institutions

- 5-10 years of SaaS sales experience, particularly for a SaaS product selling in the US

- 4-6 years of supervisory or management experience in Business Development

- Involved in building a 0-1 journey and a Sales Playbook in a similar stage SaaS start-up.

- Proven track record at Closing large deals.

- Proven track record at scaling Sales teams from 4 to 10 members and beyond.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional leadership and management skills.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong business acumen.

- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
