Seewise.ai is an AI-powered smart factory platform turning regular CCTV cameras into real-time smart Eyes to identify blind spots and increase efficiencies in factories. Our customers include Panasonic, Larsen & Toubro, ZF, Visteon and several more; we have BMW, Nestle, & Coca-Cola in the pipeline. Our global customers include seven F500 companies spanning a wide-range of industries including automotive, heavy manufacturing, and FMCG.

What we got already is excellent lead lists to approach, market data, existing customer testimonials and an efficient sales and pre-sales team. We need your help to convert these opportunities, negotiate and close sales agreements with your prior experience.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable deals for the company

- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the features and benefits of our industry 4.0 solutions.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Either proven experience or 15 + years of experience in sales performance, preferably in the field of Industry 4.0.

- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, technologies, and applications.

- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
