JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a business development executive with resilience and empathy who can contribute to the company's growth. Their duties include finding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. It is imperative that they keep up with the current affairs relating to their industry.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop, and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Must have knowledge and experience in the LinkedIn approach.
- Have experience working with online bidding and lead generation portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other such portals.
- Examine new opportunities in current and potential markets.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Leverage market data to drive company growth.
- For future reference, ensure that proper documentation is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good Understanding & and familiarity with the IT industry and IT Sales.
- Online bidding, lead generation
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills
