Role Overview :


- We are currently seeking goal-oriented and driven Sales Representatives to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will mainly be involved in inbound sales for the India region- taking the main responsibility to handle incoming sales inquiries & converting them into leads.


- This job requires a mandatory technical sales background with good communication skills and the ability to converse with our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.

- Drive revenue by converting inbound calls to long term satisfied customers.

- Communicating with qualified inbound prospects either verbally or in writing throughout their sales cycles.

- Understanding and promoting the company's products and services.

- Work with the company's software to log customer interactions and maintain customer records.

- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and converting leads.

- Working closely with the customer service department to deliver excellent customer service.

- Meeting sales goals - monthly sales goals, activity goals, etc and track and report on key performance metrics.

What will you be doing as an Inbound SDR?

In 1 month you will be :

- Training and Onboarding: Complete comprehensive training program on company products, sales processes, and tools.

- Shadowing and Observation: Observe experienced sales representatives to learn best practices and techniques.

- Building Product Knowledge: Understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our company's products.

In 3 months you will be :

- Effective Communication: Enhance communication skills to engage and build relationships with potential customers.

- Independent handling of inbound calls: Gradually transition team members to handle inbound calls independently.

- Product Demonstrations and Qualification: Conduct product demonstrations and qualify leads based on customer needs.

In 6 months you will be :

- Metrics and Performance: Track key performance metrics and set personal goals for improvement.

- Advanced sales techniques: Introduce advanced sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar business development, lead generation, or sales role in a B2B SaaS product domain.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

- Familiarity with Zoho CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of the HR industry or employee engagement solutions is a plus.

Please Note - This role might require you to work on the weekends (Leave comp-off will be given in that case).
