The Opportunity

Location : Remote

Experience : 5+ years

Nature of Employment : Contract

While working with the Content Head closely, the incumbent will own complete growth responsibilities concerning original content (text and video), traffic, and revenue as a part of their role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the Business agenda, and manage P&L for Olympic Sports (US and India) & Business of Sports - including text, video, and social media business

- Work closely with the content managers/content specialists to grow important KPIs like unique visitors, session time, revenue/visit, overall revenue, video views, Human Interest stories, interviews, viral graphics, etc

- Benchmark Sportskeeda's content coverage vis-a-vis competition and work on actionable points to provide the best content experience to the users while building content authority.

- Hire, mentor, and grow multiple content teams. Continuously track business performance, setting it up for growth and course-correcting whenever necessary

- Work towards creating qualitative processes to upscale Sportskeeda's brand in India and US

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in managing and growing content verticals for large publishers/content companies

- Growth Mindset, Strong Business Acumen, and Analytical Skills

- Understanding/Working knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video analytics, and viral textual content

- Energy and passion to create the most engaging content for hardcore sports fans around the globe

- Ability to help create original content on a regular basis
