We provides FREE skill development trainings (Technical & Non-Technical), FREE internships and FREE campus placements to college candidates through connecting Colleges only (PMKVY / ITI / DIPLOMA / ENGINEERING / MANAGEMENT / DEGREE COLLEGES & all other type of Colleges exist in India) across india. WE ARE NOT NGO, WE ARE SOCIAL COMMERCE COMPANY. We provide FREE offline classroom Trainings in a batch of 100 students inside college campus. Monthly 300-500 batches (Approx 50k candidates) we do across India. We are revolutionizing education and employability in india. UptoSkills don't charge neither from college nor from candidates.

Role Overview :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sponsorship Executive to join our team. The Sponsorship Executive will play a crucial role in securing funds and building strategic partnerships to support our social impact initiatives.

- We are hiring you for this WFH job to get sponsors for this social cause.

- You have to find the sponsors who can advertise, sponsor their brand name visibility, products & Services through our physical offline trainings and Placements

- Find their contact details and connect with them over the call, Email, physical meetings and onboard them to feature their products & Services with social values.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and engage potential sponsors, including corporations, foundations, Local businesses aligning their goals with UptoSkills' mission and objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring regular communication and providing updates on the impact of their contributions.

- Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations, highlighting the benefits and opportunities associated with supporting UptoSkills' initiatives.

- Do cold calling, cold emailing, physical meetings to get sponsorship opportunities and increase visibility for sponsors.

- Track and report on sponsorship revenue and effectiveness, providing regular updates to the leadership team.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sponsorship and fundraising, adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Proven experience in sponsorship management, fundraising, or business development.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Knowledge of the social impact sector and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : As per Market Standards OR Hike on current.
