Market Research Associate

At Splash Math, our customers govern the business decisions. As the Market Research Associate, you will lead primary and secondary market research to generate insights that will guide business decisions for Splash Math.

You are a great fit if you can work with both quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights from the information gathered. You will own the market research activities aimed at understanding key competitors, existing and potential customers, and general education industry environment in USA.

Responsibilities -

- Research data on customer's voice from multiple sources and prepare actionable insights for marketing team

- Analyze competitor activities across online, events and partnerships and feed the information regularly to the marketing and sales teams

- Monitor brand mentions across all marketing channels. Engage in social listening to capture data from key social media channels, review websites and media

- Build, deploy and analyze market surveys to extract useful market insights and monitor the company's brand perception

- Stay on top of the US socio-economic news and education market trends and prepare monthly reports for the management

- Collaborate with the other analytics teams to update the overall market understanding across B2B and B2C. Present new ideas and insights to the management on regular basis

- Create processes to streamline data extraction, compilation and analysis for market research activities

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights. MBA preferred

- Excellent reporting skills using MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Data-driven decision mentality and ability to derive insights using analytical thinking
