- Calling Clients interests in our product
- Explains them about the product
- Convincing them to buy the product
- Giving service to customer on call
- Building relationship
- Taking references
- Recording and maintaining all inquiries & new leads detail in LMS/CRM
- Meeting business targets or KRA with effective tele-counseling skills
- Maintaining reports (daily, weekly, monthly, projection, student records, etc.)
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities too.
Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum, a 12+ passout
- Excellent communication skills a in Hindi & English
- You are a good learner with time-management skills and with ability to prioritize tasks
- You have a professional attitude and appearance
