Digital Enterprise Solutions business unit at Spire works towards providing right-fit Digital Transformation solutions to enable customers- existing and future talent strategies. Enterprise Solutions team needs to always on the top of current and future global HR technology landscape so that solution co-created with our customers is of value and addresses their transformation vision & design. Given that our customer engagement approach is deeply solutions and content driven, this BU is also responsible for the design, creation and quality assurance of all business related content - for customers, sales, Marketing - both online and offline media.

We are seeking a Product Expert to support our business clients to join our amazing team! To be successful in this role you need to have oodles of enthusiasm and initiative and the willingness to go the extra mile to provide a user experience that exceeds their expectations.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Interact with users/customers and respond to their tickets/queries related to the Spire platform

- Use a customer support software to resolve tickets raised by the users

- Provide call support to customers where a quick response to user queries is required

- Help customers/users with the use of the product over email or call

- Use a Bug tracking system to report bugs to the developer team

- Articulate the feedback received from users/customers to the team

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have :

- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with online tools/products.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Basic knowledge of coding languages and scripting

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate the solution to the user in simple, crisp and professional emails.

- Should be able to respond to queries and issues over the weekend

- BE/B.Tech degree prefered

- Prior experience in a product support environment will be an added bonus.
