Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist specialized in meta ads and Google Ads to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving targeted traffic to achieve our marketing objectives efficiently. The Performance Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams and must be adept at analyzing data to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities :


- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for meta ads and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and achieve specific marketing objectives.


- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords for Google Ads campaigns.


- Create compelling and click-worthy ad copy and tags for meta ads that resonate with the target audience.


- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including ad copy, headlines, extensions, and targeting options to improve performance.


- Collaborate with the web development or UX team to optimize landing pages for better user experience and higher conversion rates.


- Efficiently manage ad budgets across different campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI.


- Analyze performance data regularly using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


- Set up and conduct A/B tests for ad variations, landing pages, and other marketing elements to optimize performance.


- Monitor competitors' strategies and performance to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.


- Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to measure and attribute conversions accurately to the right marketing channels.


- Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in meta ads and Google Ads to continually refine strategies.


- Work closely with other teams, such as content, design, and product teams, to align marketing efforts with the overall brand and business goals.


- Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies, advertising guidelines, and legal requirements.


- Proactively test and adopt new features and ad formats offered by platforms to gain a competitive advantage.


- Calculate ROI for each campaign and assess overall marketing effectiveness.


Qualifications and Skills :


- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on meta ads and Google Ads.


- In-depth knowledge of meta ads platforms and Google Ads, including best practices and latest features

.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.


- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.


- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling ad copy and meta tags.


- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


- Google Ads and/or meta ads certifications are a MUST
