Location: Gurugram

Job Description:

- Lead a team of 10-15 executives to drive sales

- Ensure strong Lead Management, and coach the team members to achieve the goals on business metrics

- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives. Prove the value proposition and institutionalize pilots across the organization

- Build regular communication plans with the team; questions, day to day problems, and oversee deliverables for quality and guideline compliance

- Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management

- Continuously improve quality of the customer experience by establishing a regular process of feedback loop and training

- To assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.

Requirements:

- Should have Team building, leadership and motivational skills

- Should have done sales before, and is passionate about it

- Fluent verbal English communication skills

- Should have worked in a refined process as in customer service or engagement department or into sales process.

- Should have experience in handling customers.
