Spini - Executive - Telesales (1-5 yrs)
Good communication skills with proficiency in English & Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
- To make minimum 120 calls per day and talk to users who have requirement
- Must be a good team player and also be goal oriented
- Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests.
- Must have excellent selling ability
- Coordination with Clients & Sales team
- Proven experience in sales operations will be an added advantage
- Build excellent relationship with clients
- Tracking & Follow ups with clients
- Relevant knowledge of products, addresses issues, provide support and offer information as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business or services and possess great customer service skills.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
- Must be a quick learner
