Job Responsibilities:

- Write easy-to-understand high-quality documentation, tutorials, Blogs, Articles, and Web Content related to Digital Marketing and Educational Content.

- Revisit technical and supporting content and enhance it to be user-friendly.

- Conduct detailed analysis on topics and develop technical blogs and content that would interest readers and generate inbound traffic

- Work with Community Manager to write appropriate posts for social media and forums.

- Select appropriate medium, such as manuals or videos, for message or audience

- Work with designer and content team to develop relevant material on technical aspects. [HR Indu 8929340639]

- Standardize content across platforms and media.

What We're Looking For:

- 6 Months to 1+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.

- Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers.

- Excellent written skills in English.

- Ability to understand technical concepts easily.

- Ability to gain technical, domain, and product knowledge independently.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
