About the role :


A startup enthusiast with the fervour to go through the adventurous journey of a startup. A person who is enthralled with the idea of sustainability. A person who has had previous experience in sales with innate leadership qualities and who will play a crucial role in maintaining good client and vendor relationships. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager with an impressive track record to join the sales team at Spectalite. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution and work to grow our customer base.

Responsibilities :

- Create sales plans in alignment with business objectives

- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

- Hold ongoing performance reviews with the team to provide constructive feedback

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

- Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.

Requirements :

- An Engineer/MBA with minimum 5 years of experience

- 5-7 years proven work experience as a Sales Manager/Regional Manager or related roles preferably from the polymer industry.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

- Familiarity with CRM software

- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

- Experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators

- Good communication & presentation and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset

- Need to travel as needed

- Location-Mumbai and Bangalore
