Spectrum - Manager - Client Servicing (3-10 yrs)
Urgently required Manager - Client Servicing required for a 10 year old events organisation.

Position - Manager - Client Servicing
Location - Delhi (Paschim Vihar)
Experience - 3 to 8+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
-Develop and presenting customized solution for the clients needs.
-Actively engaging with creative and designing team to ensure that the solution being presented to the client meets/exceed expectations.
-Meeting and understanding clients need
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of services
-Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction
-Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
Designing itineraries, costing and hotel booking
Handling end to end travel requirements for the traveler
Making travel arrangements, Such as Online/Offline Hotel Booking
NOTE:-
Should be good looking and presentable
Should be from Events Industry only.
