Spectra is one of the fast growing IT companies in the field of Automated identification solutions, with a strong presence & brand name in Attendance & Access control Solutions in metros & 45 major cities. The applications catered are Time & Attendance Recording, Physical Access Control and Canteen Management. These products are equipped with most prevalent technologies such as Fingerprint recognition, smart card, and RFID. We have been carrying our Development and Manufacturing activity at Ahmedabad since 1999. Currently we are serving 6000 clients across India and have strong Channel Network with 450+ Channel Partners.

- Minimum 4-5 years in Hardcore corporate sales experience.

- End to end sales cycle experience,

- Must have Software+ Marketing background

- The candidate should research on business opportunities, identify sales points, develop strategic plans and sales strategies, and undertake presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.

- Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, negotiation, close, handover to the account management team.

- Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns

- Ability to manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations / proposals to meet clients needs.

- Responsible for creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.

- Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.

- Must have excellent written and spoken communication & presentation skills

- Must have hands on experience in coordinating with the company's managing director, creating strategic and innovative plans to drive business

- Must meet the minimum set targets and exceed our expectations

- Setting up appointments with clients, client visits & giving company presentation

- Follow up, negotiate and convert the client

- Ability to attract and retain clients

- Handling complete sales cycles

- Aggressive but pleasant attitude

- Should be willing to travel, a leader who will inspire and be willing to meet different and new people.

- Candidates must having good exposure in access control system.
