Specsmakers Opticians - Associate/Executive - Sales/Customer Support (2-5 yrs)

Sales Executive/Customer Support Associate
Location : Chennai
The candidates can be from other Retail sector preferably from :
- Garment Retail
- Fashion Retail
- Mobile Retail
The ideal candidate :
- Should be a graduate
- Should be presentable and Good looking
- Should have a good sense of Fashion.
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell company products & services to current and potential customers.
- Establish customers' needs and explain/demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for more than 2 years only.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Age should not exceed 27.
