Specialist - Presales/Business Development - IT (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for candidate who have good experience on Presale/Business development For cognizant.
1. 10-15 years of pre-sales /Business development experience with demonstrated success
2. Is technology experienced (not all aspects) across either of the key areas of Applications (e.g. development, production support, agile), Automation, Enterprise platforms and Digital apps
3. Experience in client interaction and influencing, inclusive of relationship management,
4. Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firm(s)
5. Experienced in serving ( or a service provider ) in at least one of the following Industries - BFS, Insurance, Public sector and Manufacturing. Understand the nuances of the Industry
6. Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral), and consultative in approach
7. Ability to build relationships; strengthening partnerships by focusing on exceptional experience, risk management and value realization built on the foundation of Cognizant leadership capabilities
8. Experience developing opportunity pipelines, qualifying high priority deals, and winning new business in line with agreed targets
9. Experience closing sales with a specific emphasis on growing sales. Specifically, win new deals in customer account per pre-agreed targets.
10. Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
11. Short term Travel as required.
12. Strong business acumen. Understand not only Cognizant's business model but also those of your clients. Needs to include understanding revenue generation through fulfillment and customer service.
