Job Description : (Employer : Figment Global Solutions, Nagpur)

The job requires the candidate to be extremely strong in content creation and publication on various social media platforms as per the requirements of the business. An ideal candidate must :

- Monitor and respond quickly and efficiently to content publication requests from internal stakeholders across the company

- Stage and publish high-quality, accurate content that meets accessibility, technical, and business needs

- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure that the CMS components and editorial experience meets the business needs

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content that meets web requirements and is consistent across platforms and projects, in keeping with the firm's identity and communication strategy

- Plan and implement training and workshops for internal stakeholders on efficient and effective processes for managing and planning content

- Undertake content lifecycle management tasks including the evaluation, updating, and archiving of existing content

- Be responsible for building and executing content across all platforms, email marketing and optimization of the company website and apps.

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Desired Candidate Profile :

Apart from the above technical knowledge and experience, an ideal candidate must possess :

- B. Tech/BCA/M. Tech/MCA from a recognized university

- Minimum 3-5 years of extensive web development and social media handling

- Excellent written & verbal communication and ability to train

- Good aptitude, analytical and problem-solving abilities; and flexibility of working hours

- Team Management skills, self-motivation with an owner's attitude
