Specialist - Inside Sales - Aligner Services (1-6 yrs)
We are hiring for Inside Sales Specialist
CTC 3LPA to 7 LPA + (Incentives).
Location : Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
1. Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
2. Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
3. Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
4. Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
5. Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
6. Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the concerned person who shall visit the patient
7. Analyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement

Requirements :
QUALIFICATION : GRADUATION (ANY)
AGE : 21 TO 30
EXPERIENCE :1 -7 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales/ Direct Sale experience is preferable.
