Job Description - Specialist- Email Marketing

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility : 

- This role owns the full lifecycle of a prospect on the marketing side until passed onto sales as a Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL), and then work with sales collaboratively to nurture through to close.

- Identify high potential revenue opportunities with well-qualified prospects, develop leads from those prospects, and continuously nurture the lead until sales handoff.

- Create and execute Demand Generation programs that drive pipeline for enterprise B2B solutions; including highly effective Lead Generation, Email Campaigns, and outbound calls.

- Able to research the prospective customer and derive the right contact information for email campaigns.

- Expected to send 4000 - 5000 outbound emails a month

- Schedule 20 demo a month

- Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team.

- Identify opportunities from market research and project database service.

- Manage and build overall email marketing strategy

- Create various email lists by Industry segmentation and campaigns

- Test every campaigns success

- Determine email marketing KPIs

- Develop and present reports on a weekly basis

- Develop a lead generation strategy

- Create smart email lists

- Increase email subscriptions

- Analyse data to get smart insights

- Suggest methods for improvements

- Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions

- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

Professional Competencies : 

- Strong interpersonal follow-up skills across channels (phone, email, text, live chat, events)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)

- High on energy & enthusiastic at work

- Able to communicate to mid and senior level management people

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

- Knowledge of working on CRM

- Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics

- Proficient using marketing automation technology

- Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends

- Experience with email automation tools

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
