Specialist - Customer Success - IT (2-3 yrs)
Hiring for Customer Success Specialist, experience in managing key strategic accounts and have a successful track record of growing the accounts.
Job Description :
- Have ability to build strong relationships with the clients and demonstrated persuasion skills to influence the clients
- Demonstrate the capability to bring out the key business insights through data analytics (using tools like MS Excel, MS SQL, MS PowerPoint, Tableau etc.)
- Show ability to drive change within and outside the organization and should have a successful track record of delivering significant business impact
- Be comfortable and flexible with working in different environments and with diverse teams across geographies and time zones
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to be able to share key messages with the client in a very simple and impactful manner
- Show ability to deep dive into complex issues and find a resolution.
