Specialist - CRM/Marketing - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
As a CRM specialist you will play a key role in engaging existing and potential customers by identifying their interests and driving them through to conversion/repeat.
- Studying customer journey in detail to identify customer cohorts
- Craft customised, cohort specific communication
- Use tools to craft the communication, execute the same, and track the same
Ideal candidate would :
- Be well-versed with Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Web Push marketing
- Have good analytical skills
- Have experience in using tools to create email campaigns for communication
- Be good at communicating in English language in writing
