- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be generating sales leads through strategic prospecting and relationship-building. Strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a drive for achieving sales targets are essential. Conducting market research, delivering compelling presentations, and exceeding sales targets will be key to driving revenue growth.

Designation : Field Sales Executive

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary Range : 1,80,000 to 3,00,000

Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries/segments.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new leads and opportunities.

- Actively prospect and engage with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and industry visits.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by addressing their needs and concerns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and effective follow-up.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in sales lead generation, preferably in a field sales role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive for achieving sales goals.

- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

- Proficiency in regional language
