Linkedin Lead Generation Specialist

Currently we are looking forward to hire candidate who must have knowledge of Linkedin Leads through Sales Navigator and other tools and his last /current company background must be from Web and Mobile app Development Company.

He must be capturing market of US/UK/Australian market and he should be working 80% on Linkedin lead generation work only through using Linkedin tools.

Experience: 1-4 years;

Industry Type-Web and Mobile App Development Company experience is must as current /last company of candidate

Linkedin Tools - Sales Navigator and others knowledge is must for person.

Sparx IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is growing and were on the lookout for Lead Generation Specialist that can initially work with the Business development team to develop new sales in the enterprise space (Outside India).

The Job role is split into 4 areas:

- Data Research & Mining

- LinkedIn contact list

- Industry specific email List

- Email Marketing

- Lead Qualification

Added Advantage if you have expertise in:

- Lead closure

Job Location: H-21, Sector 63, NOIDA 201301,

Compensation Package: Attractive Salary Package.

Required Qualification :

- Extensive knowledge of Sales and Market (preferably the US/UK/Australian market) and experience of 1-4 years.

- Extensive knowledge of Data research and mining.

- Proven track record of exceeding Pre-Sales/Lead Generation target.

- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team.

- Well proficient in email marketing and Mail chimp.

- Excellent planning, organization and computer skills

Responsibilities :

- You know how to pitch, build relationships, and most importantly close deals.

- Effectively meeting assigned performance factors including the number of outbound calls, email blasts, and pipeline management, service level mix and close ratio.

- Database Research & Management Record data from various lead generation strategies;

- Should be able to generate relevant database through LinkedIn, Google and other sources;

- Search Good quality data of prospects and Keywords research

- Positive and energetic phone, excellent listening and email marketing skills.

- Identify innovative and latest lead generation platform and generate the quality leads through LinkedIn, Twitter, Forum, Webinar etc.

- Write weekly reports documenting progress in the field Research, recommend and execute strategies for client growth

- Proactively source and close client leads

- Organize, document, and communicate project post-mortem analysis
