Sparx IT Solutions - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
1. Bidding experience on freelancing portals specifically on Upwork.
2. Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile.
3. Technically sound and knows how to make multiple bidding strategies.
4. Good writing skills and should be able to chat initially with the client (1st response).
5. Knows ethical ways of bidding as per requirement understanding posted in the job.
6. Knows the bidding criteria and should possess technical knowledge of the open-source, CMS and Mobile. Microsoft will be an added advantage.
7. Should be comfortable working within a team structure and knows his responsibility for the role given.
8. Ability to work independently and make at least 15-20 bids per day and maintaining at least 10-15% of the reply ratio.
9. Prior experience of fulfilling bidding targets. Client communication will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
