Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets in the SaaS (Software as a Service) domain.

2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

3. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and create compelling product messaging.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

6. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

7. Continuously optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate relevant insights into sales strategies.

9. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving collective goals.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the SaaS industry.

2. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technologies, and market dynamics.

3. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to strategize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

7. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
