- Selling B2B SaaS-based software to Indian Small & medium size of business

- Identifying business opportunities

- Establishing contact thereby discovering prospects' pain points by using probing techniques and effectively addressing each one of them.

- Passion for Inside sales

- Proven Experience of Converting leads into the business.

- Partnership with CRM companies, Experience in tie-up with resellers.

- Self-driven, energetic, confident and motivated with the ability to think on your feet

- Maintaining relationship with clients for future sales & reference sales

- Cross Selling & Upselling

- Providing ongoing support, information, and guidance

- Recommending profit and service improvements to the clients

Additional tasks :

- Regular Competitor Mapping

- Tap on current industry trends, market activities

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
