Sales Associate Position Description :

- Sales Associate is responsible to be knowledgeable for the services Spardha Pvt Ltd. provides and use it to connect with customers to generate sales.

- Duties involve connecting to customers, cold calls, sales leads, negotiations and package discussion for customer conversion.

- Maintaining and documenting sales conversations and collaborating with team members to complete the sales cycle till the customer is onboard.

Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities :

- Contacting New and existing customers to discuss needs and requirements.

- Contacting and converting leads from social media and references.

- Emphasize the features and uniqueness of and portal and curriculum.

- Answer questions related to our trainers and online teaching model.

- Reviving and retargeting lost, unqualified, inactive and uncontacted customers.

- Follow-up on customers after trial to discuss the price package.

- Negotiating prices and preparing the price package as per customer needs.

- Collaborating with colleagues from Support, Success and sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Good interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with wide variety of customers and able to address needs.

- Strong command on English as a communication language.

- Good listening skills, should be able to listen and understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ability to convey benefits of service to potential customer.

- Confidence and persuasion ability to succeed in cold calling and converting the lead to a customer.

- Ability to work in different shifts and handle long hours of communication.

- Ability to pay attention to details and record them on appropriate mediums to make communication know to other team members.
