Key Responsibilities :


The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to :

1. Accountable for over all sales target individually as well as that of the team

2. Ensure minimum escalation while ensuring quality services

3. Manage and improve upon people, process and technology with respect to telecalling

4. Timely attendance to leads for conversion, ensuring overall conversion targets are met

5. Ensure input goals such as number of calls, total talk time, average talk time per customer, total follows ups etc. in aggregate and per team members are met

6. Support team in dealing with customer concerns & offer advice

7. To be single point of contact for any client till the lead is successfully converted

8. Regular training of the team members so as to keep them updated with various product modules, sales & negotiation skills, communication skills etc.

9. Routinely give feedback & directions to the team members for continuous improvement

Education/ Experience :

- Experienced as a team leader, handling a team of 12 -15 members(B2C Sales)

- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior

- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage

- Learn/ Upgrade ones own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target (s)

Other Competencies :

- Good communication skills in English, Tamil or Kannada

- Confident & Strong sales, negotiation and convincing skills

- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
