Job Role :

To expand more than 100 business Franchise across country in a year's time !

Key Responsibilities :

The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to :

1. Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries

2. Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants

3. Reach out to potential leads through diverse methods including tele calling.

4. Advise Customers on the Franchise model through structured Counselling Sessions.

5. Handle Price Negotiation to generate Revenue

6. To achieve monthly franchise recruitment targets for self

Job requirements :

- A proven experience of 5 to 8 years of sales career in franchisee appointments in India

- An experience of working in a retail company/Edtech and a knowledge of franchise development in the same is highly preferable.

- Excellent relationship building, excellent business acumen

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
