Position: CRM Executive
Location: Kundalahalli Bangalore
Experience Required: 1-5yrs exp in customer relation or relevant exp in Real Estate/Construction/Developer/Builder.
Educational Qualification: Any graduate
Responsibilities:
- Assist the organization in planning, developing and implementing the systems, policies and procedures for enhancing the customer satisfaction.
- Help the organization in achieving the financial target of collections.
- Attending customer complaints / getting customer feedback.
- Monitoring and controlling of documentation and registration process.
