JOB SUMMARY

- As a telecaller at SOURJAY FINTECH, engage prospective clients through outbound calls, offering financial products and services. Utilize strong communication skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen to build relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the financial services industry."

Responsibilities :

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads or database to introduce the company's financial products and services.

2. Engaging with clients over the phone, understanding their investment needs, and providing information about various investment options available through Choice Broking.

3. Having a good understanding of the financial products offered by the company, such as stocks, mutual funds, commodities, etc., and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential clients.

4. Building rapport with clients, understanding their investment goals, and suggesting appropriate financial products that align with their requirements.

5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, updating customer databases, and following up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.

6. Working towards meeting individual and team targets for lead conversion and sales.

7. Adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies while conducting sales calls and providing information to clients.

8. Staying updated with market trends, financial products, and industry updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Qualification and Requirements:

1. 12th Pass or Graduate

2. Freshers and Experienced both can apply

3. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.

4. Ability to collaborate within a team and contribute to collective goals.

5. Excellent verbal communication abilities to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.

6. Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.

7. Proven track record or eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets.

8. Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex financial information.

9. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
