Job Description

Planning, forecasting and analyzing market demand and student admission trends

Preparing and presenting marketing plans for promotions, advertisements, campaign, conducting and participating in events that can generate business

Implementing plans to assure adequate enrolment level in the given timelines

Setting clear monthly targets for the counselling team as well the individual team members

Introducing monitoring mechanism to review and check the team progress

Documenting performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects

Establishing and maintaining strong rapports with channel partners like agencies, NGOs, etc. for sourcing

Handling requests for information related to admissions, courses, fees, etc.

Evaluating current and potential network in coordination with senior management

Negotiating with channel partners to meet quality enrolments and cost objectives

Executing contract negotiation and development in coordination with senior management

Working with Business head to guarantee targeted enrolments for various courses

Identifying opportunities and implementing actions to achieve targets
