JOBOVERVIEW:

This Job entails for a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as an regional office coordinator . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing essential support to various departments, and ensuring a positive office environment.

CREATE:

Develop efficient procedures for scanning and document filing to streamline basic tasks for employees.

-Establish protocols for handling regional office work requests, including communication with vendors, requesters, and contractors.

NURTURE:

- Foster effective communication channels between regional and central offices to ensure smooth coordination.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, vendors, and contractors to facilitate timely responses to work requests.

MANAGE:

- Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Supervise the screening and coordination of individuals, ensuring a smooth process for arranging appointments.

- Oversee errands outside the office, including purchasing supplies and handling banking tasks, to maintain office functionality.

- Manage external relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure prompt responses to office needs.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Proven reliability and trustworthiness.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.

- Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
