Job Overview :

The Regional Lead will be responsible for overseeing the distribution and sales of tangible products such as polymers within their designated region. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in team leadership, procurement, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will drive the profitability and growth of the region through effective PNL management and the development of strong business relationships.

Create :

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the distribution of polymers within the region.

- Identify new business opportunities and create plans to capture market share in the polymer Industry.

Nurture :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams to increase market share.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring continuous professional development and growth for team members.

Manage :

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional distribution and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Monitor and manage the PnL for the region, taking proactive steps to address financial performance issues.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

- Deep understanding of the raw materials distribution business.

- Experienced in industry-specific distribution, procurement, and sales strategies.
