Sourcedesk Global (www.sourcedeskglobal.com) is looking for a skilled Social Media Marketer cum Content writer to take charge of our marketing strategies that include social media posts,blogs, content writing, copywriting, content management, social media strategizing and post Calendar Making, SEO Content Development and Keyword and hashtags (#) Research.

The perfect candidate for the job is for a copywriting & creative marketing expert, preferably with a content writing background. The capacity to develop attractive and original content to draw and retain users is necessary. For this role, it's also crucial to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities :

- Need to spend 50% on Social Media Marketing & 50% SEO Content writing.

- Staying up-to-date on social media and market trends.

- Understanding client's core message and target audience

- Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team

- Creation of various content from Scratch

- Planning content marketing strategies and establishing short-term goals

- Undertaking content marketing actions to achieve business targets

- Collaborating with design and content writing teams to produce high-quality content

- Developing an editorial calendar

- Delivering engaging content regularly

- Source images and other content

- Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. ads, blog posts, newsletters)

- Proofread, editing, and improve the content

- Optimizing written content while respecting SEO and Google Analytics

- Monitor social metrics

- Receiving customer feedback

- Generating new ideas to magnify customer engagement.

Requirements :

- At least 1-5 years of demonstrated work experience as Writer and Social Media Executive

- Creative and compelling storyteller.

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Having an editorial mindset and the ability to recognize and predict audience inclinations

- Profound familiarity with various social media platforms

- Experience with some project management tools

- Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
