Support Category Head In Formulation Of The Marketing Strategy & Plan For Product Category, Provide Support To Sales Team, Ensure Smooth & Effective Launch Of New Products, Prepare & Business Submit Management Reports With The Objective Of Ensuring Sustenance For Product Category In India Within The Limits Of Policies & Procedures Of our company

 Marketing Strategy : Understand The Market Needs By Interacting With Dealers, Distributors, Customers, Obtain Feedback From Sales Team, Analyse Market Research Agency's Report, Interact & Negotiate With SMAP For The Following : Line Of Products For The Year, Terms Of Pricing, Target Customer, Target Market, Quantity, Support Required In Order To Match Market Realities To Ensure Sustained Growth For The Category

Product Planning: Recommends The Nature And Scope Of Present And Future Product Lines By Reviewing Product Specifications And Requirements; Appraising New Product Ideas, Interact & Negotiate With SMAP, Finalise The Product Portfolio, Formulate The Broad Product Plan ( Modelwise & Monthwise), Communicate It To Sales, Analyse Sales Forecast On Monthwise Basis And Modify Plan Accordingly, To Ensure Achievement Of Sales & Maximise Profitability. Determines Product Pricing By Utilizing Market Research Data. Facilitates Inventory Turnover And Product Availability By Tracking Inventory Levels.


 Product Launch : Interact With Marcomm Team & Decide Plan For Product Launch (In Terms Of Communication, Media, Event / Placement Of Product), Interact & Co-Ordinate With Advertisement Agencies & Event Management Agencies, Communicate To Regions & Seek Support In Order To Ensure Smooth Launch Within The Set Parameters. Introduces And Markets New Products By Developing Time-Integrated Plans With Sales, Advertising, And Procurement.

 Reporting : Provides Information For Management By Preparing Short-Term And Long-Term Product Sales Forecasts And Special Reports And Analyses
