Sone India - Manager - Business Development (8-12 yrs)
- Candidates need to generate branch sales with Architects, builders, Interior designers and direct customers.
- To promote Architectural products and other associated products of the group.
- Handle team in the assigned region and support to increase the sales. Analyze new marketing trends and developing business plans to increase the sale volume.
- Guide the team and handle customers in respect of products features, price finalizing and various sales activities. achievement of sales targets and prompt collection of payments.
- Ensuring maintenance of excellent business relations with existing Clients/ Architects
- Streamlining and optimally structuring the reporting hierarchy of the sales team for high efficiency
- Monitoring and guiding the sales team
- Handling Key High Value Customers
- Maintaining high morale of the Sales Team
