Position Objective :


- To plan, execute and manage GTM activities

- To create and manage pipeline across channels

- To achieve targets set for the competencies in each geo

- To ensure world class sales / presales operations

- To engage with alliance and partners and achieve alliance and partner objectives

- To create all collaterals and ensure they are up to date and world class

- To collaborate with sales to gather market feedback and onboard feedback into various initiatives

- To collaborate with delivery and competency and keep offering and collaterals up to date

- To study markets regularly and make our marketing process relevant and connected to market

- To appreciate and execute company strategy and objectives and translate the same into biz development objectives and actions and execute the same.

- To ensure self is updated on IP, develop capability of presale demo, trends, technologies impacting the target market and competencies

Duties & Responsibilities :

Solution Offerings :

- Working closely with Competency teams in building solutions for the Data and ISV verticals

- Prior working with ISV or data (preferable) solutions will help.

- Market Sonata's services offerings such as transformational outsourcing, Digital solutions and products, product engineering etc, to our focus customer segments and driving new business revenues.

GTM Plans :

- Develop strategic marketing plans for each service line, including:

- Tracking market trends and evolving customer needs / tech trends

- Review and repositioning of existing service offerings & defining new service offerings,

- Sales Enablement & marketing messaging

- Develop and Go-to-market plan in consultation with Geography Sales teams .

- Drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan activities, for new business generation.

- Competition tracking & differentiation

- Prepare GTM plan for the ISV vertical Offerings - with Collaboration between Marketing, Sales and Competency teams

- Understanding of ISV market, data technologies is desirable

- Understanding of platform relevant technologies like cloud, data, mobility etc will be useful
