Graphic Designer Experience, 3 - 5 years of relevant graphic designing experience in EPC, Digital Agency or Publishing & Media Industry Location: Ghaziabad, (UP) Salary: As per industry Standards

Responsibilities 1. Receiving, interpreting, and implementing constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.

2. Ensuring consistency and design hygiene across various channels

3. Ensure quick turnaround on producing in-house digital design creatives, including for social media, websites, display, PowerPoint, and keynote sales decks, emailers, and topical social media graphics etc.

4. Proactive presentation of new ideas to the marketing team.

5. Develop brand editorial design language, utilizing style guides to ensure consistency of brand identity and core values.

6. Work across multiple project deadlines

7. Collaborate closely with other members of Social Media team to ensure the best quality and TAT for deliverables involved 8. Developing gifs, animations, videos for various social media campaigns

Desired Profile : 

1. Creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design ideas for various social media properties

2. Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, psychology and great passion for developing new trends in designing

3. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other design software

4. Experience with moving graphics like gifs, animation, etc would earn brownie points.

5. Must have worked on large scale campaigns and turned around brief to final creative in a short span of time

6. Experience in designing integrated campaigns for Google display, YouTube, email campaigns, landing page design etc.

7. Possession of high-quality video editing & production skills is a must. Experience in doing Live Streaming is a preferred but not mandatory.

8. Should have basic knowledge of photography and videography 9. Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
