Job description : 

- Candidate should be available during day time between 10AM-7PM. Someone with 3+ years of experience and who has experience of sending 50K+ emails per month.

- Can start immediately

- The purpose of this position is to overlay a conversion optimized email campaign plan to generate targeted leads for business.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage an integrated demand generation plan through effective email campaigns strategy

- Define goals and metrics for all demand generation programs using email campaigns

- Track, measure, and analyse email campaigns performance, and improve overall program effectiveness over time

- Own the day-to-day execution of email demand generation plans

- Monitoring and analysis of email campaign performance and making recommendations for optimization and growth

- Establishing and monitoring automated marketing metrics

- Working across functional areas and stakeholders to define and achieve goals

- Communicate effectively across the organisation, internally and externally

- Manage a team of 3-5 executives and guide them to effectively monitor, analyse and optimise existing campaigns to achieve team goals

Qualifications :

- B. Tech or MCA or MBA

- Two to Three years of experience in successfully developing and executing emails marketing campaigns for Software Servicing or Tech companies

- Must have managed campaigns to send 50K+ emails

- Generating 50+ MQL from one or more email campaigns in past 3-6 months in current company

- Extensive knowledge of market research and email campaigns

- Hands on with defining customer persona, list generation, list management, list scrubbing activity and generating generation

- Implementing email marketing best practices like segmenting, targeting, frequency and deliverability

- Growth oriented approach and delivery oriented mind set
