BD Executive :

BD specialist is an ambitious and energetic individual who will be the face of the company and will have the ability to create and apply an effective lead generation strategy using LinkedIn and other research tools to help drive sustainable financial growth to the company.

Responsibilities :

- Develop an effective lead generation strategy focused on sales revenue in an international environment

- Arrange virtual business meetings with prospective clients who are looking for help with digital transformation or team augmentation

- Conduct research to identify new trends and markets

- Communicate effectively across the organisation, internally and externally

- Analyse and optimise existing linkedin campaigns to achieve team goals

Qualifications :

- Bachelors

- Minimum one year of experience in successfully defining and executing lead generation campaigns over LinkedIn for Software Servicing or Tech companies

- Track record of 25+ SQL or meeting setup from one or more campaigns in past 3-6 months in current company

- Ability to work US shift or night shift - 6 PM to 3 AM IST

- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills

- Hands-on experience in using online research to retrieve contact information
