Senior Manager - International & Outstation Sales

Skills required :

- Openness to travel within Maharashtra and if needed to neighboring States

- Preferably from FMCG/Retail/Telecom domain etc.

- Well-versed with the Distributor Channel System - including, but not limited to

- Distributor Appointment /C&F /Retail/ Channel partner

- Excellent Communication, Leadership and Negotiation Skills

- Preferred experience of Sales in Online Classified Portals/ Ecommerce/Real Estate/ Insurance/MR

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieving growth and reaching sales targets by effectively managing the Outstation & International - Sales

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base across set boundaries

- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the team

- Coordinating and interacting with customers and channel partners on a regular basis

- Giving presentation to customers about projects in details in outstation markets/zones

- Planning and arranging customer visits for potential clients in outstation markets/ zones

- Developing Channel Partner as Business Associates to achieve targeted sales in outstation markets/ zones by generating data

- Calling on leads shared by Pre-sales & fix OBMs in outstation markets/ zones

- Daily Reporting through set MIS Structure and Formats

- Characterizing emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
