Assistant General Manager - Marketing

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects

- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods

- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels

- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit

- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms.

- Deep understanding of changing market dynamics

- Should have a experience of creating Content and Creatives inhouse and not through agencies.

Marketing Strategy and Innovation :

- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy to support the company's overall strategies and objectives Bringing in innovation across ATL, BTL, activations, PR and digital impact platforms markets Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning. Contributing to new business development initiatives.

- Brand Development : Drive the agenda of a holistic brand strategy basis consumer insights and market intelligence Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding

- Marketing Operations : Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals. Budget management. Determine KPIs for marketing department Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
