What is this job about?

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associates for OutSystems Practice at SwaranSoft. The role demands for excellent people & pitching skills with enterprise grade customers.

You will work closely with the sales director to build & close deals with new & existing clients for OutSystems Platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to offer Modern Application Development Platform & Professional Services for developing web & mobile business applications for enterprises.

What we expect from you:-

- Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions

- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles

- Understanding of the business issues impacting large enterprise organizations with ability to educate/evangelize and so generate opportunities out of this knowledge.

- Experience of managing large complex account relationships.

- Strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in respective region

- Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at CXO level.

- Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision.

- Able to know when to seek guidance.

- Self-critical and eager to improve and optimize the sales processes and tools.

- Strong customer references

- Availability to travel

- ONLY FEMALES CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED

Education level:

- Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales Experience.

- Experience using an established enterprise software sales process/forecasting methodology.

- Tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature.

- Accustomed to exceeding revenue targets (top 10-20% of company performers)

- Strong customer references

- Travel as needed (25%-40%)

- Sales DNA - hunting mentality, tenacity

- Brains, intensity, charm Certifications (preferable but not mandatory):
