Software Sales Role (2-8 yrs)

Position : Manager - Software Sales
Location : Gurugram
Experience : 4+
Roles & responsibilities :
- Understand & drive insights from the market in which our proprietary software (Finncub) products play an important role in & suggest recommendations to improve operational practices
- Business acquisition through different selling channels like Direct Selling in assigned territories / geographies, selling software products to financial sector organisations like MFIs/ NBFCs/ Banks
- Scouting potential revenue opportunities in domestic as well as international markets
- Lead generation & nurturing through targeted correspondence, managing a healthy sales funnel, and close business based on assigned targets.
- Manage end to end ownership of sales cycle starting from sourcing to payment collection in the assigned territories.
- Cross functional coordination within the organization which involves working closely with the tech team, marketing team as well as product development team to do a holistic sale job
Fitment Qualifiers:
- Minimum 2+ years in selling IT services / lending software products to financial services such as MFIs, NBFCs, banks, etc.
- Should have strong tech knowledge & financial industry business flows
- Strong-willed and inspiring individual who can drive and execute operational and tactical goals with excellence.
- Must have good experience in product demonstration in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
