- Affordable to buy and maintain year-on-year.

- Easy to use and implement.

- Rapidly deployable and yet customizable as needs change.

Position : Business Development Executive (Full Time / Part Time)

Job Description :

1. Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products/services.

2. Generating leads for our software solutions using tele-calling & on-site meetings

3. Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads.

4. Calling & meeting leads obtained from Digital Marketing, Webinars, etc & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team.

5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

6. Understand challenges faced by Indian SMBs & gather market feedback.

7. Updating follow ups on clients on CRM.

Requisite :

- Undergraduate/Graduate/Any Diploma or Postgraduate (B. Com Preferred)

- Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

- Prior experience of working in the SaaS Industry will be a plus.

- Passion for the SaaS industry and its best practices

- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.

Eligibility : Freshers - 01 years of experience

Job Location : Santacruz East, Vakola, Mumbai

Working Days : Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 1:30pm - Saturday
