Job description :

- Candidate will manage business accounts i.e. up-work, etc. Also other portfolios and profiles.

- Able to provide quality leadership to the team of business developers.

- Should be proficient in costing, budgeting, and analysis of projects.

- Excellent in drafting technical proposal and guide the team members as well in proposal writing.

- Discussion with Global clients via emails, chat and call processes.

- Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing clients and keep a strong follow up with them.

- Understanding the needs and the project requirements of the client and prepare presentations accordingly. Also, arrange business development meetings with clients.

- Follow result oriented approach and ability to meet business targets. Also, develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met.

- Candidate will be working on Online- Bidding- portals like Freelancer, upwork- group etc.

- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.

- Generate monthly reports of overall department for projects and leads, etc.

- Able to perform- technical analysis of the leads.

- Keep record of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Job Requirement :

- Communication skills, Persuasion skills, IT Fluency, Negotiation skills

- Good hands on Microsoft Office specially MS Word, Excel, PPT.

- Able to handle clients and related issues.

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.

- Good hands on Proposal writing and drafting documents.

- Project cost estimation and budgeting skills.

- Overseeing new marketing/business development initiatives.

- Flexible in working hours.

- Proficient in making WBS.

- Work as a business
