Job Description: Tele Sales Executive (L1)
Education:
Should be a graduate with no backlogs and a final year mark sheet available.
Experience:
- Ideally, six months of experience in a sales profile
- Resources with insurance sales experience are best suited.
- If not in sales, experience in outbound voice processes is required.
Communication Skills:
- Must possess good communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
Documents Required:
- 10th, 12th, and graduation documents
- Pan card and Aadhar card
Offer letter and experience letter from the last employment
Age Criteria:
Candidates should be between 21 to 31 years old.
Minimum in-hand salary offered:
Rs. 18,000
